Take the road between Aswan and Luxor to reach these two magnificent temples Edfu Temple & Kom Ombo Temple.
"Edfu temple" is one of the best-preserved ancient religious sites of Egypt. The Ptolemaic temple was dedicated to the worshipping of the falcon god Horus.
"Kom Ombo temple" was dedicated to two gods and that is the reason it was known as « the double temple ». The southern part of the temple was dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and creator of the world, the northern part was devoted to the falcon god Horus.
